Job Description:
An excellent opportunity to join an experienced well established agency based in central London. We are Dynamic property lettings and management agency looking for a 'Lettings Negotiator'.
Responsibilities will include:
- Advertise properties and rooms on all our websites and sister website. Keeping our database record up to date.
- Communicating with all our partners and keeping them informed about new products, services and all the new properties.
- Handling the occupancy of our properties and giving reports to the director and accounts department.
- Offer an excellent level of customer service at all times.
- Handling calls and email enquiries.
- Placing advertisments, Booking viewings, Conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating deals between the tenants and the landlords.
Skills Required:
- Target Driven and Ambitious.
- Sales Skills a must.
- Lettings Skills Preferred but not essential.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Punctual, Hardworking, Trustworthy and Quick Learner.
- Clean Driving Licence a bonus.
